What is custom AI software development?
Custom AI software development is the practice of building purpose-built applications for a specific operational workflow, with machine learning and generative AI included as components of the software rather than as separate purchases. A firm that offers this service treats retrieval, extraction, scoring, and drafting the same way it treats authentication and reporting: as features inside one system your users log into.
Most operations problems get solved by buying a SaaS product, and that is the right answer more often than not.
